Some of Wales’s best known food and drink producers are heading for London and one of the hospitality industry’s most important events, Hotelympia (17-21 February). The event has been an integral part of the UK market for almost 75 years.
Welsh food and drink producers will have the opportunity to move into the public procurement market with a special ‘Meet the Buyer’ event to be held in Carmarthen on Thursday (January 31st).
